Disposal of immovable property by natural guardian in contravention of Section 8 is voidable at instance of minor. Not mandatory for minor to file suit upon attaining majority. Voidable transaction can be repudiated by unequivocal conduct. Transferring property himself on attaining majority within prescribed time is implied repudiation. Effect of avoidance relates back to date of transaction.
